Banana and Peach Smoothie Recipe
Made with fresh fruit and low-fat yogurt,
this smoothie is a great blend of vitamins and
minerals—an excellent boost of energy at the
beginning of your day or just before the gym.



Ingredients:
1/2 cup non fat milk
1/2 cup non fat yogurt (any flavor or vanilla)
2/3 cup orange juice
1/4 banana,quartered
1 peach(sliced)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
1.Throw all ingredients in the blender and mix it up to desired thickness. Add ice cubes if you want it to be thicker.
2.If you don't have a peach,try peach non fat yogurt in addition to the plain yougurt or special flavour that you like.
3.If using fresh fruit,it will be the best, then add a few ice cubes for a quicker chilling process and a better consistency.
